Facility offers care to victims of sexual assault

07/24/2005 - In 1986, a woman by the name of
Ann Smiley revolutionized the way victims of sexual assault
and abuse were cared for in Gwinnett County. Her grass-roots
campaign for change led to the formation of Gwinnett Rape
Crisis Center, as well as innovative improvements concerning
